Thanks to everyone who participated in the messages, I received 117 messages and the book will have reached Billy's mailing address by today. If you didn't get chance to send a message but would like to know what happened read below -

For Billy's Birthday this year, a message book was put together with messages from anyone who e-mailed in their name, country and message. They were printed off and included in a book which was sent to Billy's mailing address.
